Shipping Policy
Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after confirmation. After shipment, most packages arrive within 10–20 business days. Delivery time may vary due to product size, carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions.
Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout. Tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Customers must provide a complete and correct address. Incorrect addresses may cause delays, failed delivery, returns, or package loss.
Furniture orders may arrive in separate packages due to size, stock location, or carrier handling.
For delayed, damaged, lost, or incomplete deliveries, contact service@bravoys.com with your order number and tracking details. Damage reports should include photos within 48 hours of delivery.
