Return Policy

Return requests may be reviewed within 14 days after delivery. Customers must contact service@bravoys.com before sending any product back.

Items must be unused, unassembled, clean, undamaged, complete, and returned with original packaging and all included parts, such as panels, legs, screws, brackets, handles, cushions, mirrors, manuals, and hardware.

Returns may be refused if the item is assembled, used, altered, scratched, stained, damaged, missing parts, missing packaging, or returned without approval.

For damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Do not return items to the parcel sender address unless confirmed by support.
